potatoes stuffed with peppers

4 people4 large potatoes ( preferably long ) 4 slices of ham8 slices of cheese lengthwise potatoes ( gruyere or other cooked dough ) 4 peppers, an onion, a quarter of a liter of concentrated broth100g butter, a tablespoon of chopped parsley 2 tablespoon olive oil , salt, pepper
